"Supposedly delivered but not received by the company"

I have been ringing shoe zone Leicester every day for 2 weeks.

Swan house supposedly delivered 6.39 am day after I posted it but shoe zone never have it.

How can we get photographic evidence of delivery.

I cannot afford to lose £160.
