My wife was told that the flight to India was cancelled due to Covid. She had to buy tickets for another flight for the same day. Because she paid by bank transfer the bank didn’t help. She took them to court and received all her money back £1600 in six monthly instalments. They hadn’t booked the tickets in the first place and had only given her a reservation slip..
