"Why send 5 years of Bank Statements to me"

My Dad, Terrence Dennis Hardy, died in October 2023, as he was severely sighted his bank statements were in large print. I closed the account in September. Yesterday l received a large parcel from you containing 5 years of statements. I fail to understand why. In this day and age we are encouraged to go paperless, this seems a waste and pointless. I now have to dispose of the statements..
