"Delivery of my debit card to South Africa"

I have spoken on the phone aproximately 7times to various people. Some in Phillipines some in UK. I have tried to explain that a courier will not deliver to a po box address.

I have sent a DHL courier bag with my physical address on 14 Nov 2017. To date my address of my home has still not been rectified. My father has had an account for 20 years! He managed to add in the physical address but they wont add it to my po box address.

I am at my wits end and would like a senior person to telephone me urgently. My phone number is on your system It starts with 0027.
