"Cannot make contact"

A review of Barclays Bank PLC by Frustrated written on Monday 13th of December 2021


I have received a letter saying that my accounts have been restricted and that I need to fill in a questionnaire but I cannot get hold of anyone to send me the questionnaire.

The letter said that my accounts will be closed. I cannot find a way to communicate with Barclays. I have been using the chat system but it is not making sensible responses. Chat says that someone has joined the chat but there is no one there..
